SEF hits The Boxing Gym in Arnold, MO, home of Berger MMA

Dave and myself attended our first MMA class this evening at Berger MMA inside The Boxing Gym in Arnold, MO. We rolled with former UFC fighter Steve Berger who PERSONALLY teaches the MMA classes. Unlike many MMA schools that feature a "name", Steve actually teaches his students on a daily basis.

We plan a detailed piece a few weeks down the road after we've been tapped out a few more times in our jiu jitsu sessions. Suspect

Breaking News -

SEF has learned Dave Patek will be facing Brock Lesnar for the UFC title this spring.

On the undercard :

Mike Garrett will be facing Rashaaad Evans.

Jui jitsu huh, I think its great , make sure we get some photos for that piece u guys put together , call bob if u need him.

This is too good for simply photos (no offense to Bob) - it needs to be seen on video.
I tapped at least 10 times last night - and was slammed 5 times by a kid who is 80 pounds less than me.

If we get through this - we will be some tough SOB's. They don't play around at Bergers's 'academy' Shocked
